Zilko Digital ("we," "us," "our") provides website design and business automation services — including SMS text messaging, missed-call text-back, review requests, appointment reminders, and lead follow-up — to small business clients ("Clients") and their customers ("End Users"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us or one of our Clients, we may collect:

Name, phone number, and email address submitted through a contact or quote form
Phone number captured when a call to a Client's business goes unanswered
Information you voluntarily provide when messaging with an automated chatbot
General business information submitted by Clients (business name, address, service details) used to configure their automation services

How We Use Information

Information collected is used solely to operate the services requested — for example, sending a missed-call text-back, a review request following a completed service, an appointment reminder, or a follow-up message related to an inquiry you submitted. We do not use collected information for any purpose beyond providing these services.

SMS-Specific Disclosure: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties, regardless of purpose.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information collected on behalf of a Client business (such as a form submission or missed-call record) is shared only with that specific Client, since it relates directly to their business and their customer. We may also share information with service providers that power our infrastructure — including Twilio (SMS and voice delivery) and Anthropic (AI-powered chatbot responses) — solely to the extent necessary to deliver the requested service.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the applicable service and to maintain accurate records for the Client business. End Users may request deletion of their information at any time by contacting us using the information below.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us directly.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
