These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Zilko Digital website and the automation services ("Services") we provide to small business clients ("Clients") and their customers ("End Users"), including our SMS Messaging Program described below.
SMS Messaging Program
Program: Zilko Digital SMS Notifications
Zilko Digital operates automated text messaging on behalf of Client businesses. This includes missed-call acknowledgment texts, service review requests, appointment reminders, and follow-up messages related to an inquiry or quote request you submitted to a Client business.
Message Frequency: Varies based on your interactions with a Client business — for example, one message per missed call, or occasional reminders tied to a scheduled appointment or open inquiry.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After texting STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Use of the Website
By using this website, you agree to provide accurate information when submitting a form and to use the site only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for any misuse.
Services Provided to Clients
Zilko Digital builds and manages websites and business automation tools (including SMS, chatbot, and lead follow-up systems) for Client businesses under separate service agreements. These Terms govern the SMS Messaging Program and general website use; specific service scope, pricing, and cancellation terms for Clients are addressed directly between Zilko Digital and the Client.
No Warranty
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure automated messages and systems function reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zilko Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
